[enhancement] add a custom installer

Add a installer script that pull latest version from repo (here), put the kissmultiplayer.zip mod in the mod folder
check update on launching the bridge from the repo
add a "export logs" button to help support and debugging
rename the bridge > client to enhance clarity for end users

not sure it still works of if he would recommend using it
