Reminder: Phy saving issue #2
Description
This is a reminder about where we left of in June 2024, thinking about a know issue with the Phy tool and saving the results of cluster curation to disk.
We think it's a known, documented issue.
But I (ben h) can't find it in the Phy issue tracker.
Someone mentioned the issue and a possible workaround are on the Phy Slack channel.
I don't know where that is or how to get invited.
If we had notes on the workaround we could try to integrate this into our phy container image.
