Description
To handle the displaying of lengthy online help output in a way that makes it easy to review on the console, especially when running via remote consoles and other terminals which don't allow scrolling back through the console output, we should add support to page the output of the help command to wait for a key press if the help text is longer than the default terminal screen height.
