Deprecated Status

Sadly after several Windows Updates, this Method works inconsistently
- Problems:
  - After Log-In the icon-/ui-size dont work correctly
    - Possible reason: Forcing to switch between two different Screen Resolutions
    - Wokaround: Icons -> reset explorer.exe  | UI -> restart and hope for the best
  - Dual-Screen switch works every now and then, not always
