This should trigger after the games where shown (Mode2) or after the multiplier was announced (Mode9)

• Give powerups
• Make powerups work
• Close Voting
• Count votes
• Show pre-tp sequence

I got a little to far in remaking the powerups that they show different stuff now (still looks bad and they don't work yet don't worry i wouldn't go this fast)

Started working on the more annoying powerups (minecart, fox, swap players <> specs, choosing game) next up is block game & the other ones are quite easy
