Setup GitHub Actions and publish to pages

It would be great if we can setup a GitHub Actions workflow to publishing our quarto slides to GitHub pages.

There's some very good quarto documentation on this we can use as a starting point.

We may not have time but would make others coming back and viewing the presentation much easier.

I'm happy to do this, but probably won't have time until end of next week. Usually The Data Lab send out a follow up email to attendees after the event with a link to the recording, we could have it ready by then.

Had a very quick play with this just now and got GitHub pages pointing to out presentation at: https://thedatalabscotland.github.io/tdl-academy-git-intro/introduction_to_git.html

This doesn't use GitHub actions, relies on rendering html locally and then pushing to main (ideally via branch which I skipped here!).
