[1.20.1] Configuration options for Energy

Cosmos Library ver.: 10.6.0.0
Mod Loader: Forge 47.4.10

I am trying to balance this mod with Mekanism, which also generates Energy, but the requirements of dimensional equipment and the rate at which the generator module make energy just do not fit with how little Mekanism provides/needs.

Please make the amounts configurable so one can balance this great mod in modpacks.

The solution of just removing the too op generator is not as nice, because the dimensional equipment becomes virtually unusable with the high energy requirements.

I have updated to 1.21.1 neoforge.
That would be the version I'd be most interested in to have the feature.
