[5.0.0-beta.2+fabric-1.21.11] Incorrect Statistic Ordering

2. What happened & steps to reproduce

Viewing the "Items" stats with "Times Crafted" "Times Used" "Times Broken" "Picked Up" and "Dropped" shows them in the inverse order

1. Go to Statistics > Items
2. Sort by > Times Crafted (for example)
3. Notice how the list starts at 0 with block you've never crafted and blocks you can't craft (for example Saplings and ore blocks)

Expected results: The Items I've crafted the most show up at the top like 110,000 Bone meal or 50,000 Rockets
Displayed results: The Items I've crafted the least or not at all show up at the top like 0 Stone or 0 Oak Saplings
