In 2021 headspace helps create awareness for mental health and help people who are suffering with mental health.

This affected the accessibility of the medicine as people now had more access to information on mental health, and new signs and symptoms and pathways of where and how to get help. As well as this, the website changed the world's view on mental health and made it less taboo.
