Following page is not fully fetched and unable to scroll further

Bug Description

I cannot scroll the following list of X account profile any further, being unable for following list on profile to be fully fetched.

Expected Behavior

It should be able to scroll till the end

Actual Behavior

The scroll stucks at the first batch of following list loads

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open any profile (Mine is Hanamiya Rica official X account)
2. Click on either following
3. Scroll until the end
4. It gets stuck at the middle and no longer able to scroll down
