requirements.txt is not listing all the dependencies along with their required versions, repo wont run

I tried many different combinations of versions but couldn't figure out the right one. Hopefully this is easy to fix.

if you look at the requirements.txt it looks like this

diffusers==0.15.0
transformers
opencv-python
einops
omegaconf
pytorch_lightning

I think it would help to add the versions for all the required packages

Anyway I made it work using T2I-Adapter-w-MasaCtrl as the requirements.txt has all the versions specified(https://github.com/ljzycmd/T2I-Adapter-w-MasaCtrl/blob/main/requirements.txt)
