在Ubuntu上使用Dockerfile_local 运行时，安装Cmake会报错

有可能是「tools/docker_libraries/cmake-3.20.1-linux-x86_64.sh」 这个文件有问题，换成(https://cmake.org/files/v3.20/)下的[cmake-3.20.1-linux-x86_64.sh](https://cmake.org/files/v3.20/cmake-3.20.1-linux-x86_64.sh) 就能顺利进行下去
