Backgrounding in iOS 

As a user, I would like to be able to send Telios to the background while I perform other functions and be able to go back to it without having to login in again.

- [ ] Verify that the app can be sent to the background and remains active
- [ ] Verify that once the user selects the app in the background that they do not have to log in again
