change all date formats to yyyy/mm/dd #10

I got a notification that a new device accessed my telegram account, and the date format it gave had to be dd/mm/yyyy because the date was larger than 12. So, to avoid confusion, the date format should always be yyyy/mm/dd. Don't try to put the date as American format (mm/dd/yyyy) or Canadian (dd/mm/yyyy) so just do it as yyyy/mm/dd to avoid confusion. The only way I knew that it was in a Canadian format was because the day was larger than 12. I don't like confusion.
