Launcher loading fully but not launching the client

the laucher fully loads and it doesnt give me any errors, but it also doesnt launch the client. in the guide you said i had to "paste the configuration jagex returned below the PHP end block" in the config.php but what configuration do you mean by this as i didnt get any?
