feature : Migrate Payments to Razorpay #45

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently Stripe Payment is setup. We can migrate this to Razorpay for additional Payment options like UPI and net banking.

The tech stack would be NodeJS with Razorpay SDK+API
Action Items
- Get Razorpay API Keys
- Configure the Razorpay SDK
- Establish local connections and run unit tests.
- Beta testing by deploying feature and testing
