Improve the HTML for the Front/Home page

Current HTML CSS can be revamped for greater appeal.
Hover tooltips/ Card flips can be introduced to the buttons to provide a better context of the technique to be selected before actual button is clicked.
Responsive design can be used to make the home page more suitable for desktop and tablet views.
