Next steps are:

1. check the first 16 bits are the fixed sequence 0111111111101010. if does then it's a Cardax 125kHz card (identify_gallagher_125khz_cardax)
2. decode bytes (decode_125khz_bytes)
3. decode the cardholder credentials (decode_cardholder_credentials)

Started working on decode_cardax_125khz function. This should cover steps 1 and 2 above. Now just to combine everything :)

Note: the checksum always fails, so will need to figure that out :/
