Split repo into HexDrive and BadgeBot #65
Description
Should we split out the HexDrive app into a new repo and then link back into the Badgebot via a git submodule? The HexDrive can be used by multiple main apps (BadgeBot, XYStage, ...). Actually apps don't have to include the HexDrive code (and the ability to upload it to the EEPROM) if boards going forwards come with it pre-installed, unless they need to force an update to a newer version. We do need at least one app that can be used to perform HexDrive updates, optional if this is included in all apps.
