Allow urls with subdomains to pass validations.

Currently the Bookmark.url_has_valid_tld only allows urls that end in a TLD.

Most bookmarks will include a subdomain. I suggest we allow for urls like:

http://api.rubyonrails.org/classes/ActiveRecord/Scoping/Named/ClassMethods.html
