Silent Mode notification doesn't always show

"Do Not Disturb" Mode isn't activated and the current Ringer Mode is Vibration Mode.
Then "Do Not Disturb" Mode is activated.
If Silent Mode is now activated the permanent notification still displays Vibration Mode.
