Guide Book crashes when opening an Entry if it contains a null page

Yes, I'm aware my recipes aren't loading from the resourcelocations I provide, I will figure it out tomorrow. However, Guide API should not crash from having a null page in the list, it should handle it, and maybe use the log to point at the responsible mod. Right now, even though I am causing it, it points at Guide API in the crash report. If someone releases something that does this, you'll most likely end up with the crash reports from it. If I were you, I would remove all null items from the list of pages before doing whatever the guide is trying to do that is crashing.
