Basically title, i want to be able to replicate invar,

Why would you like this added/changed?

its a simple alloy, not MI late game, feels like a good addition

This is based on matter values, and given its for base resources, should be just added as compat to base mod. I've started a little PR for it, never got around to fixing/finishing cause its tedious work.
