Negative arc length makes full circles in draw_relative_arcs

Passing negative arc lengths make full circles. Negative arcs should actually be drawing arcs counter clockwise from the starting point. This results in all arcs being drawn clockwise. This is evident in any slightly fudged image

I think this is standard behavior

Parameters: 
xy – Four points to define the bounding box. Sequence of [(x0, y0), (x1, y1)] or [x0, y0, x1, y1].
start – Starting angle, in degrees. Angles are measured from 3 o’clock, increasing clockwise.
end – Ending angle, in degrees.
fill – Color to use for the arc.

Hmmmmmmm. I guess we need to find a way to draw counter arcs counter clockwise from a point. Im not really sure thats worth the effort though

If we implement drawing effects on a separate layer, all we have to do is draw a full circle, then draw a second one to that angle and erase all the pixels involved. Something like this.

Fancy. We'd have to write the layer to the main image before the loop iterates again or else it won't work like it does now. I bet we could make some weird effects by configuring it to not write to the main image every time.
