error: `--open` flag not opening the report in the browser in some cases

@stickerboy, can you please help me debug this issue since I'm not with a Windows machine at the moment?

By cloning the repository and running npm install, you're all set to work/test.

I have two possible fixes, both will be changed on line 426, which is the command to open a link on Windows:

1. Changing "start" by 'start "" '

Or, if this doesn't work:

2. Changing "start" by 'cmd /c start "" '

_{Note the change from doublequote to singlequote.}

I'll be waiting. If you can't test, please let me know that I'll be testing this later on a Windows machine.

Hi, so I tried both options but neither seem to work for me unfortunately.
My main terminal is git-bash on Cmder. Switched over to Powershell just in case that was causing issues but I'm seeing the same result there too. I have another Windows machine running on Canary (27934), Node 21.5 / NPM 10.2.5 and that exhibits the same problem. Happy to help test out further, If I can

Since the "possibly quick solutions" didn't work, I'll look more into it over the week.
