Option 2 - "gradual loading" of icons is probably not working as expected

Lost half a day to wondering why I had missing icons in my architect menus...
Not sure how you define 'idle' periods to do the work, but I'm on a not-slow computer and it was definitely not working.

Using this for the first time as it was uploaded on the Steam Workshop, I can also confirm that something is very broken. I know this thread is from last year, but it's still a relevant and very major issue. Icons of almost everything are either invisible or red-X's.

When checking the Workshop page after noticing it, from when some people had already commented about it, I went to check the post. Seems it doesn't exist anymore, so I can only hope that means it's maybe being fixed. Alternatively, it was removed by moderators due to its broken state. Which would be unfortunate, but understandable.

The mod definitely needs serious fixing for this major issue.

This has to be either

a) mod conflict
b) related to textures themselves

I use >300 mods along this one and not a single texture from single button of any menu/building is missing. Modlist: https://rentry.co/q5s8p2am

Note that I utilize the "Optimize Textures" function of RimSort to optimize and convert all textures to .dds, but I have no idea if that is related.
