Description
Recently, I pushed 4d8c6f8 which fixed a regression introduced in c106239 to an older version of the newsletter form that no longer worked. This bug was present on the site for roughly two weeks, and likely impacted our newsletter growth to some extent.
At minimum, I should probably set up a CODEOWNERS file.
