index of functions is confused by file renames. #5

Description

@dkstrong

When renaming a file (e.g. from main.galaxy to Main.galaxy, changing capitallizaiton) The old file still seems to be indexed. And i get errors in the file that look like this

"Symbol redeclared, previous declaration in ....main.galaxy"

I tried reopening vscode so it would reindex, but it is still doing this. Is there a way to manually delete/clear the cache to force it to reindex everything from scratch?
