Colossus of the New World: Finding Mayabeque; Conditions to unlook

Hi Taludas,

I'm curious about this add-on and would like to play this new session. My problem, however, is that I don't meet one of the unlock conditions, namely the “tavern.” In my game saves, I avoid unlocking the tavern.
Is there a way to trigger the quest without the tavern?
