Display: Certain links on home page only appear in landscape mode

Expected Results: When visiting the home page, the user is presented with four large links to give them more info. (eg. Thinking Long Term, Increasing Value)

 
Actual Results: When visiting the home page in portrait mode, the user cannot view four large links until they put their device into landscape mode.

 
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Launch jbpstage.wpengine.com on an iOS or Android phone
2. View the area directly below "Success for the road ahead" in portrait mode
3. Flip the phone to landscape mode
4. Observe that the four large links only appear in landscape mode, and are not visible in portrait mode.

@JenStewart1 - This is working as intended. We choose to hide those on phones portrait because they really weren't workingas originally intended
