Install Motion GIF on Home Page

I am not sure if this is in scope or out of scope - make sure this is the last thing you do on your priority list

AEF would like their motion logo gif (the one that is on the About Us page) to also be present on the homepage any ideas on how and where to do this on the homepage and if it is easy to do this?

If this requires more than an hour to figure out placement and positioning and actual deployment of the content - I want to push back and add as Phase 2.
