cannot run examples

I tried with: main(currentpath + '/NewInfoXMLs/hhc_gvvv_5052018.xml', 'y') on line 47

hhc_bd_2032019 (as given there by default) is not on the directory. So I tried with hhc_gvvv_5052018.

This gives JSONDecodeError as PASS\Topic_collection_module.py(line 113) expects a JSON.
Can you clarify how to run the example?
