Awesome. So matt mentioned to me last week that one thing we should do, which we kind of already talked about, is compare this tool to others on a simulated data set.

That's a really good idea. We should also probably revisit exactly what analyses we plan to do here as well, so we have a list for reference. Then we could start assigning tasks to each of us to get this moving forward.
