Filter by Raw SQL doesn't work

What happened?

Steps to reproduce

1. Open MySQL connection
2. In the table's filter by Raw SQL
3. Input where id = 1
4. Enter
   → Error is shown

Expected behavior

Should be able to filter normally

Remove WHERE then it works, but placeholder is having WHERE clause...
