Bug: Plugins with lowercase letters

How to replicate the bug:
Copy a Plugin e.g. dev/sinus
Rename it to something lowercase e.g. test (folder, filenames, and the names in the *.py and *.yapsy-plugin files)
try to load the plugin in papi
