[Bug]: Quality scores are displayed for disabled rules #50

Environment
macOS 14.6.1
What happened?
I disabled the rules I didn't want to use, and it worked. However, it still displayed their quality scores.
What did you expect to happen?
I expected the quality scores for the disabled rules to be omitted.
Minimal steps to reproduce
- disable a rule
- run vectorlint command

Logs (optional)
Privacy
- I removed secrets/PII from snippets and logs
