Add a link to the TREE ontology in the specification?

The section on [`tree:Relation`](https://treecg.github.io/specification/#Relation) refers to _the ontology_.
Maybe for convenience a link to the ontology at **https://w3id.org/tree/** should be added here or explicitly under [`8. Vocabulary`](https://treecg.github.io/specification/#vocabulary)?
