Elasticity calculation

- Add regression between P and Q as third option to calculate elasticity (https://hess.copernicus.org/articles/20/4503/2016/hess-20-4503-2016.html)
- Potentially also add option to use regression between P, PET, and Q
- Add elasticity and sensitivity (non-normalized)
