Restructuring and compartimentalise CSS files

• Seperate files for each "concept". Example: buttons.css for button design; generate.css for flexbox/grid design of the generate window
• Comments to comparimentalise the different parts of a CSS file
• Should we use scripting languages such as Sass, Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap?

Note that this issue is obviously very much related to #3
