[Feature Request] Add ```back``` functionality for the CLI tool.

Sometimes when the server is unexpectedly terminated or undergoes poweroff, Minecraft world will be corrupt hence preventing the server from successfully restarting. Adding a ```back``` command for the CLI would be convenient and great for restoring the server.

Related modifications would be: a new ```back``` CLI command and its help message entry; PB documentations.
