Description
This can be implemented beside dataverse, e.g., as a cron job script that checks if new users have been created and adds them to the mailing list.
However this solution has the drawback, that one can not unsubscribe the list.
On the other hand has an implementation in dataverse only a very small chance of getting integrated upstream.
