"No sequence in database generates possible alignments" error

After install UCBShift in a local Linux computer, we ran CSpred.py with default settings and the resulted shifts.csv contains only H_X, and no H_Y. When we ran ucbshifty.py with default settings and it prompted "No sequence in database generates possible alignments". Do we miss some components of the program?
