AzureDevOps Dark mode compatibility

Hi,

Our organization addopted dark mode in Azure DevOps. Therefore, when the workitem page loads, only the Wiki Pages group remains with white background.

I would like to know if there is any plans to do a release with dark mode compatibility.

I did some digging, tried to find out if it was possible to change the background color based on the user's settings. However, it seems that it might be a dead-end microsoft/vss-web-extension-sdk#116. A program is only as good as its documentation, and the documentation is quite lacking. So I just ended up creating a new extension with hard-coded color. I also made the height of the box smaller so it doesn't take up as much space and added scroll functionality instead.

Thanks @BlackPhlox for your contribution. Unfortunately I struggle a bit with having a capacity for maintaining this project. Anyway, it may be a good option to merge our extensions and create a configuration page, so those who install it will be able to switch between dark and light theme. Will try to estimate the efforts required and update this ticket later.

@boyko-ant I see that you have limited time. Would it be an option if somebody would try to review a PR for you and make it easy for you to implement it? So that at the end you just have to update the marketplace version?

Note you can use Linked Wiki Page Dark to get a dark background. Just be aware that the background is not white if using the default white theme (mostly for other users of the project). I've looked into getting theme background color from devops but I can't seem to get it to work.
