[SideNav]: Toggle button fixed size

Problem

Sidenav mobile toggle button size has fixed 2.5 rem height which doesn't work well with fixed mobile header 3.5 rem min-height. Note that header has a min-height meaning it can grow even more due to the inner content size.

Solution

Allow some extra flexibility for toggle button styles, perhaps give a size prop or at least allow to pass a className.
