AMB — Unimplemented Cards Analysis

Permanent rule replacements, copy mechanics injected into existing intent, per-attack dynamic payment gates, damage-doubling replacement hooks, face-down state in the banishment zone, or injecting runtime On-Enter effects onto specific card instances.
