`main` branch not protected

protected main and other safeguards were set up only on the tensor-interfaces repo, but this was not propagated here. We already discussed that we may even want to remove the tensor-interfaces repo, or just have it updated automatically as a subset of files from reference-implementation, to be able to have a decent workflow.
