== as shortcut for matching #1
Description
Use == as a shortcut to imply the wildcard in the environment should be used in the value. E.g. DOCKER_ENV_FOO==bar would be equivalent to DOCKER_ENV_FOO=FOO=bar. This would be extremely common and would be extremely convenient.
