Dependencies versions/tags or lockfiles for package managers (uv, pixi or other solution) #21

Dear Synthyra contributors,
I'd like to ask if there are plans for more robust versioning of packages/dependencies beyond the Dockerfile (i.e. package managers like uv, pixi or conda) or providing more specific versions of python and pip dependencies in the requirements.txt file.
