release the usage of inventory rendering (mixins i think) when inventory scaling is disabled #19
Description
Even with Inventory scaling disabled it still breaks the usage of other mods that break inventory scaling, its fine if it does that when enabled as it does not expect 2 mods to mess with the same thing at the same time, but i don't think this should be happening when its disabled.

- its not a issue with the other mod (works fine standalone)
- only started happening when i updated devonian from 1.10.8 - > 1.14.8
- (+ i don't think it should scale the map aswell)
