On-demand sync support?

I have terabytes of files hosted on my server and it is necessary to have the "on-demand sync" function just like OneDrive or Nextcloud client has. Is it on the roadmap?

Sync-in implements a WebDAV interface that allows you to mount a volume or drive and access your files online without using local disk space. The desktop client also offers selective synchronization, so you can choose which folders you want to sync locally.

This is not the same as true on-demand synchronization, and we are aware of that, but these features already cover most use cases. We are not ruling out implementing on-demand sync in the future, but at the moment we do not have enough contributors to take on such a large feature.
